"No more heat shocking them transformations!" Mix and Go! Competent Cells

You can create any Mix and Go! competent cell line you need. I've tried both DH5a and BL21-DE3 based cell lines (inducible T7).

This transformation gets rid of both heat shock and 1 hr growth steps resulting in an overall completion time of ~10 minutes (thaw cells, add DNA, flick to mix, then plate on selection plate)
