What do you guys prefer to use for sequence visualization? Empty What do you guys prefer to use for sequence visualization?

Just curious what people prefer to use for sequence alignments and downstream relationship visualizations.

I use Jalview and Seaview for alignments. Jalview is alot stronger in data interface than seaview.

I've also tried GeneousPrime(just the trial version) which was actually amazing, just costly.

Consurf has been on the rise in popularity recently cause of their simplistic interface in showing conservation.

Our lab uses Geneous and we just got one license and put it on a common lab computer
