Determining safe pH for your protein
Hey All,
I'm trying to do a bunch of assays with an acyl carrier protein, and want to know its stability at different pHs. What's the best way to do this? Normally with an enzyme I'd just see if its still active, but holo-ACP doesn't have activity per se. Estimated pI of the protein is 7.23 if that helps!

Hey Sarah, not too familiar with the conserved residues of ACP, but does it have any cysteine residues? How about tryptophans?
